How To Learn To Say "NO"

WHEN TO SAY NO. Do you also sometimes find yourself in a situation where you feel you should say "no" to someone, but you find it difficult?

We should realize that saying "no" is not a bad thing. On the contrary, it helps you live your life more in harmony with your inner self. Moreover, learning to say 'no' helps you establish healthy boundaries and enables others to have clarity about what they can expect from you.

It´s also one of the "tools" for creating a more balanced life. In this video, I share a few tips that make it easier for me to say 'no' when necessary. So I hope they will help you too. :)
