HOW TO CREATE RITUALS. Creating routines that work for you can improve your organization, productivity, focus, and overall well-being. Thanks to routines, we can effectively incorporate self-care activities, activities related to our personal goals, etc., into our daily lives.

Sometimes just a few minutes daily spent on the activities that are important to us can make a big difference in how we feel in our lives. Moreover, having your day structured can give you a sense of control, and so it is helpful even in times of unpredictability and uncertainty.
